What would it feel like…

To have a deep connection with your preteen or teenager in authentic to way?

To create a home where they felt safe to be exactly who they are?

If your child valued their self-worth because you trusted yourself as their parent?

We live in a culture where parents are expected to just grit our teeth and do whatever it takes to get through these “tricky” pre-teen and teenage years. To throw our hands up and accept the distance our children are demonstrating, and just hope that someday they will find their way back to us.

But what if it doesn’t have to be like that? What if you can find a more authentic, active role in your child’s life that actually serves both of you better? Because in reality, they need you there during this confusing time in life. They need you to stay connected, despite what their body language may be suggesting. They need you to continue to be their rock as you both navigate these uncharted waters.

And it is up to you as the parent to hold firm to this truth for both of you. My workshops will teach you strategies on how to do just that. You’ll gain perspective on how to relate to your child, how to get them to open up to you, and how to embrace them as they grow and evolve in an uncertain, sometimes unfriendly world.

Mother Daughter Workshops

1 Day, In Person

This workshop is designed to strengthen the mother-daughter bond, equipping you both with the tools, insight, and compassion to (re)discover each other and navigate this stage with confidence and connection. Together, we’ll break through the cultural noise that says mothering an adolescent daughter has to be filled with distance and disconnection. Instead, we’ll explore what it means to stay close, communicate openly, and build a relationship that can weather the ups and downs of these years.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You want to deepen your connection with your daughter and grow your confidence as a mom.

  • You believe in the wisdom and power of the mother-daughter relationship.

  • You want to be her ally while still maintaining healthy boundaries.

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed by her big emotions, distance, or intense reactions.

  • You struggle to communicate with her the way you once did.

  • Her behavior or attitude feels hurtful or disrespectful at times.

  • You miss the closeness you once shared and want to rebuild it.

  • You’re anticipating the teen years and want to stay ahead of potential challenges.

  • You’re ready to integrate new mindsets, habits, and strategies to strengthen your bond.

You are not alone. Parenting a daughter through adolescence doesn’t have to be about just surviving—it can be about thriving, together. We can do this. And it starts here.

  • For Moms and their 5th and 6th grade daughter (and those who identify as she/her). Please note this is not a process group, meaning your daughter does not have to share with the group about her feelings. The activities are quite private. She is only required to share with you, Mom.

  • For Moms and their 7th and 8th grade daughter (and those who identify as she/her). Please note this is not a process group, meaning your daughter does not have to share with the group about her feelings. The activities are quite private. She is only required to share with you, Mom.

Mom Magic Workshops

4 Weeks, One 2-hour session / week, In Person

Imagine how comforting it would be to truly understand what your daughter is going through—the challenges, the emotions, the quiet struggles. How reassuring would it feel to deepen your compassion, trust, and confidence as both a mother and as a guide for your daughter?

Join me in a safe, loving, and non-judgmental space where we’ll explore the ups and downs of parenting daughters. I offer two separate groups; moms of 9-11 year olds and moms of middle schoolers (and those who identify as daughters).

In this immersive Moms Only workshop, you'll gain insight into generational mothering, brain development, and how to have heart-centered conversations that support your daughter’s journey toward worthiness and self-confidence. Together, we’ll explore practical tools to help you connect, reflect, and communicate with her in ways that create space for her to express herself—while honoring your own truths and boundaries.

We'll also dive into navigating relationships, understanding sexuality & body awareness, supporting emotional regulation through the nervous system, and managing technology in healthy ways. If you’re ready to shift your perspective, even just a little, and open yourself to deeper connections, this workshop is for you. When we show up with open hearts and minds, the magic of parenting can truly begin.

  • For MOMS ONLY who are parenting humans identifying as she/her ages 9-11 years old.

    Class 1: What’s Happening Developmentally From 9-11

Class 2: Imperfect Parenting & Getting Her to Keep Talking

Class 3: Anxiety, Body & Critical Thinking

Class 4: Cultivating a Strong and Confident Girl, & Navigating Friendships

This workshop includes one 30-minute private coaching session with me that can be scheduled at your convenience.

Dedicated Dads

2 Hours, Virtual

Dads, are you feeling stuck, heartbroken, or just plain lost when it comes to your adolescent daughter?

Parenting a teen can feel like navigating a world that defies logic—one moment you're her hero, the next, you’re met with silence or slammed doors. I’ve spent over a decade supporting moms, and it’s time to focus on dads, because your experience is just as real, just as important, and just as challenging.

Join me for a workshop designed specifically for dads. Together, we’ll explore what’s really going on with your daughter, how to stay steady through the ups and downs, and how to parent with more confidence, patience, and connection. You’ll walk away with practical strategies to stop taking her behavior so personally and, hopefully, even find some humor in the chaos.

I also offer individual psychotherapy and parent coaching sessions for dads who want more personalized guidance in navigating this stage of parenting. Whether in a group or one-on-one, my goal is to help you move from frustration and uncertainty to connection and confidence.

You don’t have to just survive this phase—you can thrive in it. And your relationship with your daughter will be stronger for it.

  • In This Session, You’ll Learn:

    • What’s happening emotionally, mentally, and physically with your daughter during adolescence.

    • Strategies to respond (instead of react) when emotions run high.

    • How to stop taking their behavior personally and build stronger connections.

    • Practical tools to move from “just surviving” to thriving during this phase of parenting.

This ticket is nonrefundable. If something comes up I can send you a recording.
